About Stillr
About Stillr
Stillr designs and creates spaces where people can work, learn, live and meet more comfortably thanks to well-thought-out acoustics. We start from the space and combine acoustic expertise with aesthetic integration, technically sound advice and personal follow-up.
Our story
Stillr grew out of interior design in 2018. We saw how beautiful spaces sounded unpleasant, and how acoustic products often either worked well or looked good, rarely both. That is why we developed our own panels that combine sound-absorbing materials with finishing techniques from cabinetmaking: aesthetic, easy to maintain, durable and acoustically effective.
What we do today
We focus on existing spaces: renovations, and recent buildings where the acoustics are disappointing. Three disciplines come together: acoustic consultancy, interior design and installation. Our advisers let you hear the difference and assess the space with the experience of hundreds of projects; our interior designer makes sure the solution suits your interior; for large projects we carry out a full study; and our own team does the installation. We work with our own collection and with solutions we select on the market.
The team
Roeland Van Coppenolle
Director, chief operations officer and acoustics expert
With a large family and partial hearing loss, Roeland was urgently looking for acoustic solutions that also look good. Together with Fré, he built up Stillr: panels that work well and blend into any interior.
