You book an appointment with the adviser for your region or request the brochure.
On-site demo (free)
Your adviser visits with demo panels and colour samples. You hear the difference straight away in your own space, and he assesses on site what is needed.
A study, if the project calls for it
For large or complex spaces, or when there is a target value or a specification, we measure and calculate what is needed.
Proposal
You receive a quote setting out the solution, quantity, placement and colour, backed by our acoustic advice.
Production
Once you order, we make the panels; allow about 6 weeks.
Installation
Our own team installs, often within a single day, and if needed outside opening hours or during the holidays.
Satisfaction
If you're not satisfied, we look for a solution together, and otherwise we refund you.
Payment: 40% on order, 60% after installation.

Acoustics can be calculated and measured technically, but it is also a personal experience. That is why satisfaction comes first. If you let us know within five working days of installation that you are not satisfied, we will first look for a suitable solution together. If you are still not satisfied, we refund your investment and collect the products.
