Privacy statement
Who are we?
This website is operated by Lungoo BV, with its registered office at Stationsstraat 180/4, 3110 Rotselaar, company number BE 0711.701.470, which uses the brand name Stillr (“Stillr”, “we”). We are the controller of your personal data. Questions about privacy: info@stillr.be.
What data do we process?
- Data you provide yourself: name, company, email address, phone number, postcode and your question, via a form, the appointment scheduler or email.
- Data about your visit to the website: pages, source (e.g. an advertisement), device and IP address, via cookies (see the cookie statement).
- Data you give us during a demo, a measurement or a quotation: project address, photos and measurements of the space.

Who do we share it with?
Only with service providers who assist us and who use your data solely on our behalf (processors): HubSpot (customer management, forms, email), Microsoft (email), Combel (hosting), Google and Meta (advertising and measurement, only with your consent), and our accountant. Some of these parties process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case this takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data.
How long do we keep it?
Contact and quotation data up to 3 years after the last contact; customer and invoice data for 7 years (statutory retention period); email marketing data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Send an email to info@stillr.be; we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
